  • If you are returning a product with a purchase price of $15 and then purchasing a product worth $10, the difference in price will be added to your Lightlabz account as points. These points will be equivalent to the price difference and can be used towards future purchases from our website.

Please note that the points accumulated in your Lightlabz account are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on our platform.
